Correction

In “A boathouse at last?” (Cover, Sept. 4), the statement, “Various planning and historic preservation groups, such as the Old Georgetown Board, the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts, the Georgetown Waterfront Commission and the National Capital Planning Commission, gave their enthusiastic approval to the boathouse plans,” is incorrect. Those groups gave only their preliminary approval; the University must seek their approval again once plans are finalized.
