Diplomats gone wild: Five former Undersecretaries of State for Political Affairs discussed debated climate change, the Middle East and nuclear proliferation during a Monday panel discussion titled “Diplomacy in a Dangerous World.”
“We are living in a time when American engagement and leadership are required,” panelist R. Nicholas Burns said. “We also have to resist the other temptation … unilateralism.”
