Georgetown sophomore forward Paul White will miss the remainder of the 2015-16 men’s basketball season after undergoing surgery for a lower abdominal pelvic floor injury on Wednesday.

White is expected to return to full health for the 2016-17 season.

White only played seven games this season, averaging 1.6 points, rebounds, and assists per game, after missing the first four games of the season due to the same injury. He then re-injured his hip, last appearing against Charlotte on Dec. 22.

Last season for the Hoyas, White appeared in all 33 games, averaging 5.0 points and 2.8 rebounds.
